Principal component analysis (PCA) was applied to understand the relationship 7 between the antioxidant and anticarcinogenic activity, and to gain insight into the similarities 8 and differences between the three extracts. Basing on the set data, this analysis clearly 9 indicate that WFE have more potent antioxidant activity and a potential to inhibit HT29 10 colorectal cancer cell growth than LE and PFE respectively. The FTIR analysis indicated the 11 presence of various functional groups such as alcohol, phenol, alkane derivatives, aromatic 12 compound, that are responsible for the biological properties of studied extracts.enNeriumoleanderantioxydant activityanticarcinigenicactivityPCA analysisFTIR analysisLC-DAD-ESI-MS/MS analysis and cytotoxic and antiproliferative effects of chlorogenic acid derivative rich extract from Nerium oleander L. pink flowersArticle
